This Project scope spanned across a variety of construction disciplines that required great coordination and organizational skills. The project was broken up into 2 separate major areas. The first was the 3rd floor where we performed a refresh throughout the entire floor. The 3rd floor refresh included replacing flooring throughout offices, classroom and common areas along with replacing doors, construction of new student Café along with other finish and decorative elements. The 2nd area of work was the parking lot where we modified an existing parking lot, installed new landscape and refinished the parking lot.
