PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project entails a comprehensive renovation of a 7,800 square foot medical office building, aimed at modernizing and optimizing its functionality. The scope includes exterior modifications to accommodate new storefronts and ensure ADA compliance, alongside a complete interior build-out and installation of MEP systems. The renovated space will feature 14 examination rooms, 8 doctor offices, and a dedicated research area with laboratory facilities. Support spaces are also integrated to enhance operational efficiency. Upon completion, the revamped facility will provide a contemporary and accessible environment, fostering excellence in patient care and medical research.
